The latest polls on Trump’s approval

Poll Results

A new CNN/SSRS poll shows President Trump’s approval has fallen to 37%, down from earlier in the year.

The survey of 1,245 adults highlights growing concern over the economy,

with “47% of respondents” naming the cost of living as their top issue.

Public Concerns

Many say rising prices for food, housing, and healthcare overshadow low unemployment.

“Sixty-one percent of Americans say his policies have worsened conditions,”

and “56%” think his foreign-policy decisions have hurt the nation’s global standing.

Authority and Political Impact

The poll also finds “61%… believe he has exceeded his authority” through aggressive executive actions.

About 41% of voters plan to cast their midterm vote specifically to oppose him.

Response and Outlook

Trump dismissed the results as “fake,” insisting he is doing well in “fair polls.”

The findings highlight sharp national divisions as the 2024 race approaches.
