Unbelievable Memory
Hey everyone, I had to share this because my friends “absolutely refuse to believe me.
😂” It sounds crazy by today’s standards.
Hardcore Parenting
Before disposable diapers, scented wipes, and fancy gear,
my mom had a diaper routine that “honestly feels like something from a survival show.”
She rinsed dirty cloth diapers in the toilet, swished them around,
wrung them out by hand, and tossed them in the diaper pail until wash day.
Resourceful and Tough
Thinking back, it’s wild how resourceful parents were.
“No shortcuts, no disposables… just grit, practicality, and doing whatever needed to be done.”
Today we complain about cold wipes; back then, it was pure survival mode.
Proud Legacy
It makes me proud — “toilet-bowl warriors, but warriors nonetheless.
