Social media was stunned when influencer Toxii revealed her dramatic four-year transformation.

Once a conventional beauty with long blonde hair and no tattoos,

she is now nearly unrecognizable—with full body tattoos,

inked eyes and tongue, horn implants, a split tongue, and even her nose surgically removed.

Toxii explains her motivation simply: “Because I like to be imperfect, and I think that imperfections make you unique.”

Her extreme body modifications reflect her journey toward self-expression and individuality.

In an interview, Toxii said her horn implants were less painful than expected,

but her nose removal took eight weeks to heal. Asked if she kept it, she replied:

“I have all my body parts, in like little jars.”
