Miranda Lambert, undeterred by public backlash, stands by her decision to confront a fan during her Vegas residency. While performing โTin Man,โ she stopped mid-song to call out an audience member who was taking a selfie.
Lambert expressed her frustration, saying, โThese girls are moreย worried about their selfie than the song, and itโs pissing me offโฆ Weโre here for country music.โ
The fan quickly put her phone away, and the crowd applauded Lambertโs remarks.

At a later performance, Lambert pointed out a fan wearing a shirt that read,โShoot tequila, not selfies,โ joking, โShe did it, I didnโt!โ
This sparked more criticism, with some accusing Lambert of shaming her fans.
Adela Calin, the fan involved in the selfie incident, shared her side of the story, saying she felt belittled by Lambertโs comments. Calin explained they had only taken a brief picture before returning to their seat and described the experience as being scolded like a child.
