Kid Rock has announced that he will no longer allow Bud Light on his upcoming world tour, saying he’s pushing back against “woke brands.”
In his statement, he said, “I’m sick and tired of these brands trying to push their political agendas on us,” adding, “No woke brands allowed in my house.”
Some fans have called the move hypocritical because of his long-time association with partying and beer,
but Kid Rock says the issue isn’t alcohol—it’s the growing politicization of everyday life.
“Everything these days is political, even what we drink,” he said.
“I just want to play music and have a good time.”
His decision has led fans to speculate whether he’ll also ban other “woke” companies,
but Kid Rock hasn’t announced any further restrictions.
For now, he says he simply wants his tour to be a place to enjoy music without political messages.
