FBI Expands Kirk Assassination Probe
FBI Director Kash Patel said the bureau is “pursuing every lead” in the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
Tyler Robinson, 22, has been charged, but Patel confirmed they are also looking into the “possibility of accomplices.”
He added the FBI is examining the shooting location, bullet angle, weapon transport, and
“hand gestures observed as potential ‘signals’ near Charlie at the time of his assassination.”
Discord Confession Under Review
Before his arrest, Robinson posted on Discord:
“Hey guys, I have bad news for you all … It was me at UVU yesterday.
im sorry for all of this.” Patel said the FBI is investigating “anyone and everyone involved in that Discord chat,” noting more than 20 people are linked.
Court Proceedings
Robinson faces aggravated murder charges, with prosecutors seeking the death penalty.
His next hearing is set for September 29.

Turning Point USA named Erika Kirk, Charlie’s widow, as its new CEO. The board called her the “natural successor,” adding, “As Charlie always said, ‘We have a country to save.’ We will carry on.”
