I feel so good! So happy that I stuck with the hyper ketosis diet for the full 5 weeks (35 days).

The weight that I lost is miraculous. Being in my 40’s now, it can be harder to lose weight but the hyper ketosis diet has been good to me. More importantly my mind is stronger too!
