In a video circulating online, a TikTok celebrity, Terra Nos, is claiming she she is going to sue Donald Trump and his administration following a denial of her passport renewal. According to her, she’s currently working with the ACLU.

“So yes, I’m a transgender woman, I applied to renew my passport and have marked as female and they refused and sent it back to me as male,” she said in her video.

She also stated that Trump does not get to decide who she was and what his administration is doing is putting her at risk. She also described Trumps policy as dangerous and unfair.

“He does not get to decide who I am, only I do. And I’m at high risk of something bad happening to me if I were to travel abroad.
This policy is dangerous and it is unfair to every single trans, non-binary or intersex person that there is.”

Terra also continued by saying the Trump administration is trying to force trans people out of public life and also control their lifestyle and she’s not going to sit and let that happen.
