10 Signs You’re Living With Clogged Arteries

Clogged arteries can lead to serious health problems, including heart attacks and high blood pressure. Recognizing the warning signs early is key to preventing more severe issues. Common symptoms include chest pain (angina), shortness of breath, and weakness or numbness on one side of the body, which may signal restricted blood flow to the heart or brain. Slurred speech, vision loss, and leg pain can indicate clogged arteries in the carotid or peripheral arteries. Cold feet and delayed healing of injuries also point to poor circulation.

Heart palpitations, where the heart beats irregularly or rapidly, may also be a red flag. Though nausea can be caused by many conditions, persistent nausea should not be overlooked. If you experience any of these symptoms, it’s crucial to consult a doctor. Early intervention, including lifestyle changes or medication, can prevent further damage and improve overall heart health.
