A polar bear assaulted a 32-year-old lady on Friday after she jumped into their cage at the Berlin Zoo when they were being fed.
Before she was saved, she had been bitten a lot.
In order to enter it, the woman, identified only as Mandy K, had to climb over a fence, a line of hedges, and a wall.
The woman leaped over the bars as the bear was being fed at the Berlin Zoo where she sustained injuries to her arms, legs and back.
Despite the efforts of six zookeepers to divert the four predators, one of the bears repeatedly bit the victim on the arms and legs.
The zookeepers managed to scare the bear off and save the woman.
The 32-year-old woman is now recovering in the hospital following surgery to repair her wounds.
Afterward it emerged that she is a teacher who had been driven to despair by her failure to find a job.

You could say I have a high tolerance for creepy crawlies…just not when it comes to ticks.
Honestly, as embarrassing as it is, I wouldn’t lose any sleep if ticks disappeared from the planet tomorrow, never to return.
They’re not only annoying (and invasive) but can also be quite harmful.
Ticks can carry serious illnesses like Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever, so it’s clear they aren’t the best guests you want around…
Depending on where you live, the season, and if you have pets at home,your chances of running into ticks can be pretty high.
So what should you do if and when you find one of these tiny pests?
Identify and isolate the problem
It’s smart to try and figure out what kind of tick it is (like a black-legged tick or dog tick). If the tick is in a certain spot, keep your kids or pets away until it’s dealt with.

But she had a reason for doing that. Rosa sent 4 feet of her hair to the nonprofit company Locks of Love, which manufactures wigs for kids whose hair has been lost to cancer.
